All rates, availability, bookings, deposits and payments are arranged privately between the guest and the provider. Any agreement reached is strictly a third-party agreement between those two parties, and Booking Requests SA is fully indemnified against any claim, loss or dispute arising from it.

2. Verification and Vetting

While we review provider registrations and request supporting details, Booking Requests SA does not independently verify every property, identity document or detail provided, and cannot guarantee the standard, reliability, integrity or legal standing of any provider on the platform.

Guests are encouraged to ask providers for proof of registration, obtain written quotations and booking confirmations, and exercise their own judgement before paying any deposit.

3. No Responsibility for Stays Booked

Booking Requests SA accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay, inconvenience or financial loss, whether direct or indirect, arising from:

• Any accommodation or service provided by a provider;
• Any advice, quotation or promise given by a provider;
• The condition, safety or accuracy of any property listing;
• Any cancellation, overbooking or failure to honour a booking;
• Any conduct, negligence or misconduct of a provider or a guest.

4. Quotations and Pricing

Any estimate or quotation a guest receives comes directly from a provider and not from Booking Requests SA. Prices, budgets and figures displayed in requests are indications supplied by the guest and are not binding on Booking Requests SA.
